The Workplace Justice Project is the only organization of its kind in Louisiana.

We litigate on behalf of vulnerable and low-income workers, educate, and advocate for policies on behalf of working families. Our work is rooted in improving economic outcomes and strengthening communities through direct legal representation, education and policy work to promote access to systems of redress, build economic opportunity, and increase fairness and equity.
